Returning or exchanging an item is no problem. We can accept returns for refund or exchange up to a maximum of 30 days from delivery. All we ask is that you return the item(s) unworn, in the original packaging with the tags still on. 

As part of our 180 Day Guarantee, we will also exchange any flip flops that have broken through reasonable wear and tear. All you need to do is return the flip flops to us with the dated receipt of purchase, we will inspect the flip flops and if we are satisfied the flip flops have broken due to a manufacturing flaw, we will gladly replace them free of charge.


FREE Returns When you Keep £20+

If the value of the goods you keep is £20 or over then we will provide one Freepost returns label.

We regret we are unable to provide free return postage if you return all of your order or the value of the goods you keep is under £20. However, to still make returns simple, we can email you a return postage label - a charge of £3 will be deducted from your refund.

We regret not being able to offer free returns postage on all orders. We want to make shopping online as easy and as cheap as possible. The cost of providing free returns postage for every order would force the price of each item we sell to be much higher.

Upon receipt of your return we will send you an email confirming we have received your returned order.

If you would like to exchange your item for the next size up/down then simply send us the item(s) and we will dispatch your exchanged item on return (subject to stock availability), if you wish to exchange for an alternative product/style/colour please write this on your returns note. If you require your item urgently then we recommend to return your item for a refund and place a new order, via the website.


Your credit card will be refunded within a couple of days of receipt of your returned item and you will receive confirmation of the refund via email.

Your order will have been delivered with a sales receipt. On the reverse of the receipt are instructions on how to return an item for a refund.

Please ensure your return is well packaged and the return questionnaire form has been completed so that we can process your return promptly. We recommend using a 'signed for' service which includes adequate insurance to return your item(s).

We regret that we are unable to offer a free returns service for international orders.

Upon receipt of your return we will send you an email confirming we have received your returned order.

We'll refund your credit card within a couple of days of receipt of your returned item. Refunds for returned items will cover the item(s) purchased but regretfully we are unable to cover any postage costs.
