RETURN AND EXCHANGES
We offer Free UK Returns and Exchanges.
For all exchanges and refunds please e-mail us indicating the reason and sharing your e-mail proof of purchase. For UK customers, we will send you a QR code which can be redeemed for a postage label at your nearest Hermes ParcelShop. Find your nearest ParcelShop here.
Want to exchange?
We will happily exchange an item for you if required. We understand that sometimes people order the incorrect size or the unlikely event that there may be a fault with the product.
We are definitely happy to swap them over for you, including free UK shipping when we send your replacement pair.
Need a refund?
We can certainly do that for you. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will only be processed once we have received the returned item and deemed it to be in its original condition.
If you wish to return or exchange your Sea Sense Flip Flops, we must be notified of the product issue within 7 days of the delivery date and we must receive them within 28 days of receiving your order. They must be returned unworn and in their original condition (this includes all original packaging).
We agree to replace any product that is deemed to be a manufacturing fault or distribution mistake by us. However, we can’t always guarantee availability of the products you would like to exchange. In this instance a Sea Sense Flip Flops customer service representative will assist you in finding an alternative style.
Returned Sea Sense Flip Flops that have been worn outside, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer. Additional postage and handling charges may apply.
Please note that Sea Sense products purchased from other retailers, including department stores and specialty stores must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
To keep the price of our flip flops down, for returns and exchanges from outside the UK, all costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
