RETURN AND EXCHANGES
For all exchanges and refunds please e-mail us indicating the reason and sharing your e-mail proof of purchase.
Want to exchange?
We will happily exchange an item for you if required. We understand that sometimes people order the incorrect size or the unlikely event that there may be a fault with the product.
If you require an exchange, additional postage and handling charges will apply. If returning an item that was purchased on our website, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure it is returned to us by the most reliable and preferred method of postage (registered post).
We are definitely happy to swap them over for you including free shipping when we send your replacement pair.
Need a refund?
We can certainly do that for you. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and will only be processed once we have received the returned item and deemed it to be in its original condition.
If you wish to return or exchange your Sea Sense Flip Flops, we must be notified of the product issue within 7 days of the delivery date and we must receive them within 28 days of receiving your order. They must be returned unworn and in their original condition (this includes all original packaging).
We agree to replace any product that is deemed to be a manufacturing fault or distribution mistake by us. However, we can’t always guarantee availability of the products you would like to exchange. In this instance a Sea Sense Flip Flops customer service representative will assist you in finding an alternative style. If you are unable to find an alternative style, a gift card will be issued.
Returned Sea Sense Flip Flops that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged and will be returned to the customer. Additional postage and handling charges may apply.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable, unless in the case of our error in shipping an incorrect or faulty product to you.
Please note that Sea Sense products purchased from other retailers, including department stores and specialty stores must be returned to the store where it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of that retailer.
